**As of February 1, 2020 West Kern Water District will be contacting customers by phone regarding delinquent account/billing information.  Please contact the District at (661) 763-3151 to check/update contact information.  The District assumes no responsibility for contact information that has not been kept up-to-date by the customer.

***Effective February 1, 2023:  If payment for a bill is not received by the close of business on the 27th day after the bill is issued, a flat fee of $10.00 will be assessed.  The due date and late fee will be displayed prominently on the original water bill. 

****If you need assistance paying your bill, you may be eligible for other State or Federal assistance programs. One of those programs is the Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP), which will be administered through the California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD).  For more information on LIHWAP and to learn more about the eligibility requirements, visit their website at: https://www.csd.ca.gov/waterbill
